Containers are available by the Solid Waste division. Under this system, the City of Port Arthur will furnish containers of proper size for ample storage between collections. Charges will be made for the service according to the size of the container and the number of weekly pickups. View commercial container charges.

Citizens with a current water bill with no late charges will receive 2 cubic yards of disposal per month at no charge, if they haul the debris themselves from their single family residences. Contractors, such as roofers, lawn services, tree trimmers, etc. will be charged for disposal. There is also a charge for disposal of trash from businesses regardless of who the hauler is.

The Landfill is located at 4732 Hwy 73 West, and is open from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
